• What floor plans does the community offer?

  We offer two- and three-bedroom townhomes in one- and two-story layouts. Two-bedroom options include two single-story plans, one two-story plan, and one two-story plan with a garage. Three-bedroom options include one single-story plan and multiple two-story plans, including one with a garage.

• What is included in the monthly rent?

  Base rent does not include additional services. A required $150 monthly bundle covers Wi-Fi, a smart doorbell, a smart thermostat, landscaping, and pest control. Homes with garages also include smartphone garage access. Water is billed separately based on usage through the City of Aiken, and residents must establish electric service with Dominion Energy.

• What does it take for me to apply to live at the community?

  Applicants undergo a credit and criminal background screening, and the household’s gross income before taxes should equal at least three times the monthly rent.

• What documents are required to apply?

  Applicants must provide a government-issued ID, proof of employment or income, and rental history information.

• Are pets allowed?

  Yes, breed restrictions do apply. Unless it is an emotional support or service animal.

• What amenities does the community offer?

  Our townhome community offers added privacy with no neighbors above or below, along with lush green space and a central mail area. It is conveniently located near Downtown Aiken, Jefferson Davis Highway, the YMCA, the University of South Carolina Aiken, and Aiken Regional Medical Centers.

• Is parking for me and my guest available?

  Our homes offer private driveways and/or garages for you and your guests.

• Are there nearby shopping and dining options?

  Yes. The Shoppes at Richland Plaza, approximately 2 miles away, offers shopping, dining, and Walmart. Sam’s Club is also about 2 miles away. Kalmia Plaza, featuring shopping, dining, a gym, and grocery stores, and Downtown Aiken are both approximately 3 miles away.

• Are electric vehicle charging stations available.

  Not on site but downtown Aiken has some 3 miles away on Laurens Street.

  The community is located at 4155 Vaucluse Road in Aiken, SC, near Downtown Aiken, Jefferson Davis Highway, the YMCA, the University of South Carolina Aiken, and Aiken Regional Medical Centers. It also offers convenient access to shopping, dining, everyday essentials, and major area employers, including Bridgestone, Hubbell, AGY, and nearby industrial plants.

• How do I schedule a tour?

  Prospective residents may walk in, schedule an in-person, or virtual tour by contacting the leasing office, on our website, or through our Rently landing page. Tour hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• Is renter's insurance required?

  Yes, residents are automatically enrolled in our $25 monthly damage waiver program unless they obtain their own policy with at least $300,000 in liability coverage.

• How do residents submit maintenance requests?

  Residents can submit maintenance requests through the resident portal or by contacting the leasing office directly. Emergency maintenance information is also available to residents.

• Are short-term leases available?

  Lease term availability varies from 12-18 months

• Are cottage-style apartments better than traditional apartments?
